I have blank wall phobia!
I know blank wall phobia is not a real condition but it should be! We have been in our house for a year and a half and I am trying to take my time with the decorating and not rush because I want everything to be perfect. I have a thing about blank walls, I don't like them. I am trying to not put up something on every blank wall that we have but the big ones have to have something on them. Well, I have moved onto the dining room! I did a sketch for a painting last night. I can't sleep until I get my ideas on paper. I bought the canvas today, brushes and paint too. I have penciled in the lines on the canvas and I am hoping to find the time to start painting soon. I will certainly do another post as I get working on it.

Good Luck!
The first thing that goes up in my home is pictures on the wall!

Given the amount of people that suffer from phobias in the world it's surprising there are not more places online to offer help and advice but there is help to be found at Ofear The Fear & Phobia Forum You will find people from all over the world giving helpful advice as well as specialists from hypnotherapists, psychotherapists and mental health nurses offering their expert knowledge about phobias.
I look forward to seeing your painting! I hope you'll post a picture when it's done.
LOL, anonymous! I have a phobia of online infomercials. (The theme from Jaws starts playing)
Glad to see that I am not alone, thanks for the advice, and yes I will add pictures while I am working on it!
oooh love the color combo!
Thanks Kim, the painting will be brown and blue to match the curtains, I'll post more pictures soon.
I know that feeling too! At least your walls are painted. I haven't done that yet and I've been in my new home over 2 years. I'm tired of looking at eggshell color on my walls! Ha!
I know just what you mean! Bare walls look so forlorn and lonely. I'm excited to see what you will come up with!!!
thank you, I hope that tomorrow I will get some more done on it!
